Those new to CrossFit are welcome to come to check out the gym and try a WOD (workout of the day) for FREE.

We are now offering Kids Camp for children ages 8-12 years old on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3pm.
For kids ages 12 and up, please contact us for a hybrid schedule.
