The CrossFit Open starts Thursday 12pm! Come by Thursday afternoon to give it a try with Coach Nikki!! 

Warm Up:

30 Air Squats 

(Any Order)
1600m Row 
1600m Run 
1600m Ski 
(If those machines are taken Bike 8 min 30 seconds at a moderate pace... )
