Relax week... the gym will be open.. you can do open gym or the workout written.. but you are encouraged to make it a light easy week! 

Warm Up:
Run 800m
15 Air Squats 
15 Sit Ups 
10 Burpees 

Strength:
Back Squats 
5-5-5-5-5 

WOD:
Tabata Time
Pull Ups 
Push Ups 
Sit Ups 
Air Squats 
**Complete all 8 rounds (20sec on 10 sec off)  of 1 movement then move on to the next movement. Take about 30 second break between each movement to write scores down!
