Back Roll in Overhead Position 
Bottom Squat Full Rotation
Lat Stretch 

Strength:
Shoulder Complex! 
Shoulder press + shoulder press + shoulder press +push press + push press 🙂

Min 1: Pull Ups 
Min 2: Forward lunges (in place)
Min 3: Burpees over DB (hop overs)

Wall Balls (20/14#)
Hang Power Snatch (95/65#)
