Warm Up:
Run 800m
15 OH Squats (PVC)
20 Sit Ups 
10 Burpees 

We are going to sprinkle in "1 min max effort" warm ups throughout June! 

**1 Min Max Strict Pull Ups (use band!) 

Mobility:
Butterfly Position (hold 45s)
Prayer On Roller 
Full T Hip Opener

WOD:
CrossFit Total
**These rep schemes are suggestions, however they work.. 🙂 We are looking for 1 rep max of each lift
