We offer personal training that is tailored just for you, your body, and your goals. Maybe just a few 1 on 1’s then you will be ready to join classes! Whatever the plan, we will make it personal for you.
Nutrition can be discussed during personal sessions as well. Some people do well when they are personally held accountable for their actions. Write up a food journal and your trainer can take a look to make sure you are on the right track!
Have a specific goal or training for college or an academy? Our personal sessions can be added to your monthly plans to get a double day in a once or twice a week.
