Warm Up:
Row 800m
20 Walking lunges 
10 Push Ups 
10 Burpees 

Skill:
2 Rounds 
30 Single Arm OH reverse Lunges (in place)
4 Turkish Get Ups (2 each side)
5 Squat Clean Thrusters (warm up for workout)

WOD:
AMRAP in 18 Min of:
5 Squat Clean Thrusters (155/125#) go heavier if you can 
2 Rope Climbs 
10 Burpee Box Jumps 
20 Sit Ups
