2-3 Rounds
3 Bar Muscle Ups
7 Handstand Push Ups
15 Seated Shoulder Press (db heavy)

EMOM for as long as possible…
Min 1: 12 Burpees
Min 2: 3 DB Clean and Jerks (40/25#)
Min 3: 12 Burpees
Min 4: 4 DB Clean and Jerks
… Burpees stay the same, clean and jerks increase by 1 rep each time!
