12 Pistols (Each leg)
15 Slow Goblet Squats (heavy & pause 2 seconds at bottom
20 Farmer Carry Step Ups (heavy 24/20")

WOD:
AMRAP in 5 Min of:
3 Deadlifts (275/185#)
5 Push Press (115/75#)

Rest 4 Min ... Then do it again! 
**you will have 2 scores on the board 1 for each AMRAP. This should be heavy today team!
