Gymnastic Tuesday 

Warm Up:
2 Rounds 
Run 200m
15 KB Swings (Light)
6 Inch worm with push up
12 Jump Squats 

Time to work on some Kipping or strict Handstand Push Ups (15 Min) 
- on wall or box handstand push up
-shoulder tap practice on wall or box
-Handstand Kick up and hold if you are knew and never been inverted! 
***if you don't want to partake you can do some core work and WAIT until the whole class is ready to start the workout. We are a team

10 Rounds for time of:
3 Power Snatch (135/95#)
3 Burpees Over Barbell (facing any way is fine, 2 foot take off necessary for RX)
**go as heavy as you can for snatch weight
