Warm Up:
Run 1 Mile 
15 Slam Balls 
6 Inch Worm with push Up 

Mobility:
Pigeon 
Squat To Stand 
Cossack Squat (10 on each side) 

Strength:
13 Unbroken Front Squats 
2 sets of 6 for warm up and try to beat last week! 

Then...
Back Squats with 2 sec pause
Not 1 rep max day... go medium weight with high reps 
8-8-8-8-8
Superset with: 2 Turkish Get ups each side 

No metcon today.. everyone can squat even if it's light! 🙂
