Foam Roll Booty and Hamstrings

Mobility:
12 SLOW Plate Squats (hold plate out in front of chest 
Quad Stretch (45 sec each side)
Hamstring Rack Stretch (45 sec each side)

Strength:
1 and 1/4 Back Squats! 
**work up to 75% Of current max then start 1st 6reps!
