Shoulder Time 🙂

Our 20 unbroken back squat time has come to an end, don't worry it will be back! Let's build that shoulder strength for a little! 

Warm Up:
Run 400m
EMOM for 5 Min 
5 Pull Ups 
10 Goblet Squats 

Banded Lat Stretch 
OH Activation 
Manual Tricep Stretch 
Down Dog into Cobra 

15 Unbroken Shoulder Press (strict)
**Start light, we will be increasing load each week! 

8 Sets Strict Press 
Super Set with: 20 Double Unders/200m run 🙂
